Yes, that is what I would do. Wait until maybe a week before the first flight and then move it forward.
But if there is a schedule change before that, then cancel and refund right away before accepting any changes. I believe 60 minutes is the limit, and if Russian airspace doesn't open before August, they will have to amend the SIN flight times so you should be able to refund.
