They have extremely discounted rates. I’ve seen this a few times at this hotel. The hotel feels they’re doing nothing wrong.
I’m just happy to have a nice room at a great price, regardless of whether it breaks their own program Terms and Conditions. The rate I discuss above currently says, ‘Marriott benefits apply, except room upgrades due to limited number of upgrades available and popularity of offer.’
all other Platinum and Titanium benefits are available, but the club lounge is like a zoo, akin to a Holiday Inn express breakfast buffet. It’s completely embarrassing.
