I believe its those special very low rate promotion rate that quite common here in SE Asian market due to pandemic.

Some hotel here in Indonesia have these ridiculously low rate (like $80/ night for Banyan Tree Bintan where normal rate is $400/night) but the rate is not eligible for loyalty benefit.
