There is a great deal of widebodies on p.s. routes - I’m guessing they are running a lot of cargo between NYC and LA/SF to make it economical. The planes aren’t exactly full in the back. Some days have 4 round trips of 777/767 (SFO) or 787/777/767 (LAX).
