Weirdest thing happened on ORD to SEA recently.

was high on the FC upgrade list. The flight was not showing as available to purchase 4 days prior.

stayed high on upgrade list throughout without moving. Went to board in group A as 100K. Gate agents notified me upgraded to FC. Ok…..

I checked the upgrade list and my boarding pass and it showed 8 total people upgraded most of which where behind me.

The flight was “oversold “ apparently.

Happy for the upgrade but strange.
