Again, Ryanair nowhere claims to have a policy of their own. Again it makes a statement on what's required to "enter the UK", not "travel to the UK". You travel on a carrier, and enter at the border.
From 1st October 2021, nationals of the EEA/EU or Switzerland travelling to the United Kingdom must be in possession of a valid passport, as National ID cards issued by the EEA/EU and Switzerland are no longer acceptable to enter the UK (unless you hold a form of residence status in the UK).
Besides, at https://www.ryanair.com/gb/en/useful...nsar_848058169 it says:
2.2.2 If any part of these terms is inconsistent with any relevant law, that law will apply.
I presume "relevant laws" include immigration regulations.

Let's play with the idea, for the sake of the argument, that the sentence you refer to is a claim to a distinct Ryanair policy. Note the wording "unless holding a form of residence status". I did say I'd email the handling agent the link and share code until the incompetence issue is dealt with, did I not? Well that proves my "form of residence status", so how does that not make me compliant again? Again, this is playing with the idea that the above sentence reflects a distinct Ryanair policy.

I sure don't in these contexts. Just imagine an airline wrongfully denying someone with a valid visa exemption just because staff are too incompetent. That wouldn't be tolerated, so there's no reason why this should be.
