I have been sitting on my renewal interview for some time with COVID and I could have sworn I had until 2023 to renew, but I just got an email about my TTP account status changing so I logged in to look. And now it says they cancelled my Nexus account because "The applicant did not finalize program enrollment within the required time frame."
Has anyone else run into this? I'll call CBP tomorrow but just feeling very blindsided by this, I hadn't been able to find appointments since things opened up but thought I had more time so hadn't been looking closely again. I hope I didn't just misremember the dates
