My group and myself included ended up being the youngest guests during our 2 night stay according to the front desk after chatting. We were definitely feeling as if we were at the wrong hotel. The hotel vibes when we stayed are all Boomers - no offense to anyone.
Agreed that it's not a place to bring children or young teens.
On your more general age profile point... during my stays the other guests have mostly been in their (early/mid) 30s. Very few looked older than 40s.
