Yes, looks like Boeing has sub'd one of the 737-800BCF lines to Gameco in China (still a Boeing backed conversion due to BCF designation, otherwise it would be a 737-800SF conversion):

The line location in China may also explain why the aircraft is leaving the MRO with a temporary Guernsey registration before delivery to WestJet, as Boeing has previously used 2-BPDA and 2-BPDO amongst other Guernsey registrations for aircraft deliveries.
Also looks like WestJet is going to use GTA World Cargo for cargo handling / admin, from the GTA name on the lower front of the aircraft.
