I agree. We tip when it's sitting in the restaurant, but especially at ES, HI, etc. when there's often just one person replenishing, wiping, dragging the empty coffee urns away to be refilled, cleaning off the tables where the slobs have just left their debris....sure, not everyone does, but honestly they work harder than anyone (except the housekeepers cleaning up your disgusting messes). And it's no comparison to someone sitting behind their computer checking you in.
