Japan trip canceled; let’s try for a round 2!

unfortunately, I had to cancel my Japan trip so I didn’t try to get the $350 upgrade. Got a full refund.

Booked a different trip to Barcelona. this will be my first international trip since the pandemic began. Checked The app offered me and my partner a $350 upgrade/pax in J JFK-BCN so we jumped on it! No status here so I am not sure how and why we were offered this. Is this price range typically what others are seeing for a TATL flight upsell?
