Liquidate Visa Gift Cards at PNC bank?
There is a thread at Myfico.com where someone wants the cash out 40K in Visa Gift Cards. This reply (https://ficoforums.myfico.com/t5/Per...503970#M244975) claims that they were able to cash out a stimulus payment in the form of a pre-paid debit card at PNC bank. The poster does specify if it was actually a Visa gift card though.

Does anyone here know anything about this?
