You're probably going to be hard-pressed finding J award space at the low-end for AC metal these days. For AC, if you have eups, booking Latitude and then upgrading will be your best bet.

You won't find UA J space non-stop as that is essentially never released and you won't find JFK non-stop because....

Otherwise, connecting via Asia on a partner would be fine, but again, award space is limited. Just make sure the country is open for transit
