What are the possibilities to book an Aeroplan flight non-stop from anywhere in NA (YVR, SFO, LAX all possibilities for me, but JFK would be fine or really anywhere else) in business lie-flat? As far as I can tell the United SFO->MEL flights don't seem to be booked in Aeroplan for business class, and Qantas is not a partner.

(A connecting flight would be fine as long as the main leg over the pacific, at least to SYD, is available in lie-flat)
