Urgent support - trying to cancel bookings within 24 hour window
Tying to cancel several, separate Singapore Airline bookings originating from the United States. Per their policy, any request to cancel within 24 hours of booking will be processed with a full refund.
However, when I tried canceling online, it either yelled me the nonrefundable fares do not qualify/not giving full refund or that clicking “cancel” just puts me a redirect loop.
I’ve spoken to 3 different customer service reps who all tell me something different - it’s canceled, it’s not canceled, I can’t see your refund amount, I see the refund minus penalties, etc. I haven’t received any emails and all reps are saying I should some form of communication in 10-25 business days?
