How AC ticket agents keep track of upgradeable fares
Apparently the acronym is

PIG RENT

If you remember the phrase you'll know what fare classes are non upgradeable.

Our corporate travel coordinator dropped that one on me today after she had a conversation with an AC res agent. Made for a decent chuckle on a double martini kind of day!
