Anyone know of a solution to this. I am trying to make the payment with a voucher, WSD, travel bank and credit card, so the calculation may be too much for their system.
I got the same error while trying to book last Sunday morning - I was able to get through on the phone using Platinum number, but they didn't see anything wrong with their system and offered to book the flight for me, but then I couldn't use my discount code. Opted to try again on my own, and an hour later I was able to book online. Seems like an occasional system issue, but customer service isn't able to see it on their end.
