Ok figured this out after having the 3rd agent saying that there was no way to resolve this and wishing i have a nice day while hanging up the phone on me. And that was to call the Spanish number +34913894357. Rep initally sounded clueless and blamed me for the problem, but then checked with their supervisor and issued the ticket to me in 5 minutes.
