I stayed here on a Day 1 Arrival SHA+ package in February 2022. It was almost like pre-COVID. The standard room was just like before, the room service (as lunch was not included) was good and prompt, the breakfast spread was very similar and only marginally smaller than pre-COVID with the same great service. I did not have access to the Club or use the pool / gym.
