If placed on standby, which means that no seat is allocated to you at check-in. If you have luggage, you will need to have it tagged at Zone E. You will need to use the staff travel tracker tool on a mobile device or a computer available at Zone E, desks E24-26 on the main concourse. The tracker is available by visiting Heathrow Tracker. Enter the booking reference and flight number to view the onload status. Once accepted for travel, go to Zone E to have your boarding pass issued. You should then go straight through security.
