Credits are posted once every two months and you need to use them roundtrip. Then in month three you would get the 2nd credit.
Ah got it. So it's not as simple if it doesn't have M it is premium. It needs M regardless plus it may be upcharged on top.
EDIT: If you have access I am curious about SFO-LAS 4/8-10 as an example of what premiums might be charged. Regular priced flights are absolutely insane, so spart of me is like well if I could even save a couple hundred bucks here I sort of pay for the rest of the year of the flight pass.
