I have T-Mobile and have no problem using WIFI to send/receive texts and calls to/from the US for no fee.
No I don't have t-mobile (and nevermind the 12-14 hour time difference).
I still maintain that if I can't reach AA in a reasonable time when in urgent need -eg irregular ops then it's not reasonable. If it was only during weather that's one thing, but it's NOT!!!!
