Tho' I wonder if SACAA and their apparatchik bosses are that smart. BA isn't exactly a bit player in the international market. I'd imagine that the Competition Court would have heard from them (via Comair) if there was a whiff of regulatory over-reach to shut Comair down. Indeed, the lack of it indicates Comair may have said to themselves, "you come at the King, you best not miss" in deciding whether to challenge SACAA.
