Is this still an occasional problem? I have tried for several hours to book and pay for a simple return trip for two passengers but keep getting a "Payment Error".

"Unfortunately, there is a technical error in our system and we cannot complete your transaction. We kindly ask that you try again. However, if this error continues to occur, please call us at 1-888-937-8538 (1-888-WESTJET)."

Of course the lines are jammed so a phone call is no help.
Anyone know of a solution to this. I am trying to make the payment with a voucher, WSD, travel bank and credit card, so the calculation may be too much for their system.
