Amandira, the old Amanikan which is now independently run (called Mahodaya I think), Prana, Silolona.
Sequoia another option too - locally and indepdently run, luxurious but pared back.

If you want something less traditional, more modern(ish), then Rascal - also affords more space as no sails. But that's part of the fun - the ship design. Rascal might be a bit more generic I suppose.
