Thank you for the update - really helpful - my 730 days expired in November but I had an interview scheduled in March, which I have managed to push back to a trip in April in case I can't do EOA the day before when I arrive. However, I've also now had a trip come up 4 weeks before that, so hopefully will get EOA sorted sooner. But great to know your application remained live.
Just to close out on this, I flew via JFK T5 last week, 845 days after conditional approval but with an interview scheduled for April.
Was advised to pass through normal border processes, then visit a CPB office in the baggage area to see if an agent was available to do secondary processing for GE, as they did not do EoA at the front desks.
No more than a 15 minute wait for an agent, a few questions on the application form (really just a details check and " did you miss anything or spot any mistakes?"), and that was it, on my way and the approval came though about an hour later...
A long time coming, but pretty smooth in the end.
