Quick one, flying NON REV Polaris LHR-ORD, was allowed in lounge as a have Star Gold and then 20 minutes later told no, but allowed to stay. https://www.staralliance.com/en/lounge-access-policy says non revenue star gold yes, but can’t fine a United rule saying not allowed. Who is right please?
