That flight has long taken off… I proactively avoid anything to do with them. Burnt my last miles and see any interaction with them as a liability- even when free.

Kind of sad though that they pull this cr&p when CS agents are so poorly paid to begin with.

But you’re right. They are too big to give a rat’s behind. And fortunately I don’t live in the US and have to fly them. I certainly won’t across the pond.
