I can confirm MSP has been a clown show with baggage lately. Had a flight a few weeks ago and I can honestly say it was by far the longest I've ever waited. It was over 30 minutes. Same story, multiple flights unloading at the same time. No one on my flight appeared to get their bags until the 30 mark was almost hit. I filled out the online baggage page and instantly got the miles.
