I haven't been to many airports but I like both IAH and SEA. Each has 2 restaurants and 1-2 lounges. I like the food selection at IAH better (Mexican cuisine and seafood), but sometimes they won't let you take the food outside the restaurant. SEA restaurants are easier in this regard but the food is kind of ok.
