I was just instantly approved for a bag that was several minutes late at MSP. There were a lot of flights this evening using the same belt (8) and my flight apparently had to wait its turn. I suspect that my bag (carry on size but heavy, so I had opted to check it) was one fo the first several from my flight to appear, tagged as SkyPriority of course. Nevertheless, I had already taken a picture of the screen showing that bags from my flight were not "being unloaded" at the twenty minute mark. If people are aware of the continuing offer, DL could be giving out a lot of miles tonight at MSP.
