(given it was my first ever tax free transaction I was shocked how much the handling fee is, for a process which takes about 2min. I think I got only got half of the VAT back, but well, better than nothing looking at the LVMH Rimowa prices)

On another note, is it just my impression or has LVMH now removed the grey LH hand luggage pieces offered in their 'soft shell' offering (sorry don't know how to describe better but I guess you know what I mean) so we are all forced to buy the Aluminium version if we like LH branding? And I think my LH hand luggage (aluminium but in a size which only works for LH / BA etc but no FR etc) is not offered anymore as well?
