Contact details - UK Customer care director?

Anyone have the contact details, or name, of the Avis UK Director of Customer Care?
Just had a booking where I have been charged for tolls AFTER I returned the vehicle and it was assigned to someone else, but they left my rental open... Thankfully it was only £30 of toll charges, and the other driver didn't commit any driving offence or, worse, a hit and run, but the potential implications could have been very significant. I've logged it with Customer Services but feel this is of sufficient legal gravitas it needs to be highlighted higher up.
Very frustrated with Avis in general - their records show rental return time, and the time of the tolls some 2 hours afterwards, but I am still mandated to provide documentary evidence to show I did not incur the tolls before they'll investigate. Very poor.
Interestingly, I can pretty easily find the equivalent contacts for Hertz, Alamo, Dollar etc, but not Avis... Perhaps that speaks to the quality of customer care?
