Anyways... ATL to SCL and DUB are going from an A330 to this. Almost everyone would agree that this is an inferior config. All I'm saying is that anyone that ends up on these planes (whether it is a last minute equipment swap or not) is getting a bad premium product compared to the rest of the fleet (and especially the current A350s).
One of your concerns seemed to be DL's unwillingness to commit to a firm date. I believe it's better not to commit to something if you aren't sure, and that your word matters.
It is def an inferior config and def disappointing. Anyway, I think this has run its course. I think DL continues to believe in its 100% widebody direct aisle access plan and that this will be rectified as soon as possible. But I'm only guessing. I hope I'm right

I'd also completely understand if anyone decides to book away from DL until this is resolved
