I've had tell me AMS-JNB seat was in Euro Business. Point is you can't go by descriptions when looking at flights operated by other airlines. There is/at least used to even be a * that said as much about this.
KLM will allow a passenger to book the 3rd seat. If he pulls up reservation and goes to seatmap on klm.com or in KL APP he'll see this.
One last possibility, this was originally assigned the E190 that has been having issues for KLM. The codeshare number is still programed to offer description for E190.
