In the off chance you are considering traveling with some prohibited, contraband or high-value item in your luggage for which you do not want to invite additional scrutiny and you are concerned the oil may trigger that additional scrutiny, then the best option is to not travel with the prohibited/contraband item; perhaps you can obtain the item at your destination? It is always best to keep high value items in your carryon baggage or have them shipped professionally.
