The cash upgrades discussed in this thread are a separate offer which may or may not be available for any given flight and would appear on the app or website. I don’t think phone reps have access to them.
thanks for clarifying...as of now, even if I commit to the 25k plus 350 it only put me on a waitlist. not sure its worth it.
