That’s the standard miles and copay upgrade which books into the same inventory as a SWU. The price won’t change dynamically but it could disappear as the J cabin fills up.

The cash upgrades discussed in this thread are a separate offer which may or may not be available for any given flight and would appear on the app or website. I don’t think phone reps have access to them.
