True, "but there’s no timeline available for when that conversion process might begin." If TPG is writing an article about the lack of conversion, I'd imagine Delta would want to share when the conversions might happen if they had an inkling it would be sometime soon. They didn't comment on wifi being installed either, which would be another negative if it is missing.

Maybe it will be easier to use GUCs on the routes with these planes since there's no PS, which allows for a jump from main cabin to D1 directly. I'd prefer the 763 with direct aisle access to this, but maybe the seat quality is better than the coffin D1 on the 763. Couples might find this version better than flying D1 on the 763.
