I love the Bastille/Le Marais neighbourhood. It's not too touristy, there are plenty of dining, boulangerie, pâtisserie and shopping venues and transportation is easy by either Métro or on foot. Although I've never stayed at this property, I've passed by frequently. It's only a block from Richard-Lenoir and the tree-lined pedestrian path that leads to Le bastille. I would imagine it's relatively quiet as it's located on a smaller street, away from the main thoroughfare.
