You could try that. You'd have to call customer service and add the kids to the reservation later. Their system doesn't appear to allow WV bookings with kids, but it does allow DBV bookings with kids. If you're going to try it, best to act fast. You'd want to email them immediately once the reservation is made and request a paid upgrade from the sunrise water villa to the deluxe beach villa. If it doesn't work, just cancel the whole thing and book a BV. You'll still have a great time.

Dining reservations can be made starting 14 days in advance of your arrival. If you're requesting something more/other than that, start earlier. If it turns out that you're too early, the worst they would do is tell you to wait until 14 days before your arrival.
