If OP is crediting to a star alliance partner (as seems to be hinted at in the post) then be aware that many of the star alliance programs credit ZERO for the ‘P’ booking class. I learned this the hard way when I was flying LX but crediting to TK where I have Star Gold.
Unless changed recently, P class on LX metal will earn 100% with TM M&S - at least it did in the past. AFAIK LX and OS P class works fine with M&S
You should apply for retrocredit with M/M explaining that despite your M&S No. in the reservation you have received no miles with M&S, hence you request it with M/M.
