I think Happy is right. The problem is with IB's backend. You cannot check award availability on IB's site since yesterday afternoon at least. Tried again this morning. Also ExpertFlyer searches return that IB award inventory is temporarily inaccessible.

Actually searches for cash paid tickets do not work either. Tried MAD-BOG just a minute ago.
