For US it is $55 per ticket and an "additional" $25 that I have no idea what would be being "Additional".
BA's redeposit fee is USD55, and there is a service fee if doing it on the telephone rather than online, however BA have not been charging that aspect recently since it's nearly impossible to cancel a flight online now. If one of the flights is either cancelled or re-timed by more than 5 hours then changes and refunds are free. And yes BA won't charge more than the cash component of the fee - when you cancel, BA refunds the Avios and refunds any cash remaining after the redeposit fee. Until at least September 2022, there is a Buy With Confidence aspect to BA which means that you can ask for a voucher online, which BA probably will turn into a refund anyway, with no fee. I know that aspect is a bit mad, but assume a voucher and it may end up as a refund anyway, more details on the BA forum.
