Your also looking via DL system, not KLM. Description can be off when booking using codeshare.
One possibility, system isn't aware where J cabin ends. Euro Business is simply Y seats with middle blocked. However they can change cabin size by moving curtain. (Smaller or bigger) Thus DL thinks row 7 is part of Euro J and giving that description for style seating (middle blocked) Row 7 i believe is upper limit of what they expand J cabin to. (They gave increased pitch for these row compared to rest of plane)
Never go by descriptions except on operating carrier website, especially when booked as a codeshare.
