Just a data point here. As a titanium, booked a 2 Queen resort view for 5 nights with (4 nights of) points and applied a SNA, which cleared 5 days out to a resort view suite. At check-in was upgraded to ocean view. The room itself is great (with the exception of a slightly dated tub), as are the restaurants. The halls do seem a bit musty smelling. The pool is full of young kids, which is ok (we have one too).
