Have spent over 5 hours today between chat and being on hold after they call back. Schedule change and they permitted a change for me to another flight. Agent reportedly did it incorrectly and now not only are my MCE seats that I paid for no longer selected and they said would likely need to collect a fare difference on the ticket due to the change they said was permitted and out of courtesy they might be able to get my seats back but not sure. After being on hold with that agent for over 1 1/2 hours their line disconnected. This is unbelievAAble
