Singapore Airlines Business Class A350-900 Bulkhead Seat

Dear frequent flyers,

we are flying Singapore Airlines in June on an A350-900 in Business Class to Singapore. Based on some research, we have reserved the middle seats in row 19 - i.e. bulkhead front row of the rear (4 rows) business cabin section - as this is where you have the most legroom and, unlike the rows behind, you don't have to put your feet in this small hole and lie diagonally when sleeping.

But what makes us wonder is the monitor. In the bulkhead seat it is a good deal further away than in the seats behind, as it is embedded in the seat shell of the front seat. In the bulkhead seat, the monitor is mounted directly on the wall, which means that it is probably 40-50 cm further away and, above all, a good deal higher.

Has anyone had experience with these seats and can tell us whether it is still comfortable to watch with the monitors further away and higher up? Or whether the monitor is simply too far away and you have to look up too much, which would certainly be unpleasant in the long run (especially if, for example, you put the seat in a lounge position, where your head is lowered a bit more.

I look forward to receiving helpful reports on my experiences. Many thanks in advance!

Best regards
Chris
