Its inflation...rates and points up everywhere. I think the 20,000 point room is gone. Last year I stayed at the doubletree on Biscayne Bay which was a beautiful property and they gave me a room with sliding glass doors that opened nearly the width of the room overlooking the bay for around 275 a night.
