A clarification: There are three stations at Arlanda Airport, all of them under the ground. Arlanda North and South are used by Arlanda Express, while Arlanda Central is used by all of the other trains.

The underground part of Malmö Central is also used by some domestic Pågatåg. The tracks above the ground are only suitable for trains terminating at Malmö Central.

If you continue in the tunnel under Malmö, you will reach Triangeln which is under the ground and Hyllie which is at the end of the tunnel and partially under the ground.

There is also a tunnel under Stockholm with two stations: Stockholm City and Odenplan. Stockholm South was originally constructed above the ground, but a roof and buildings on top of the station were constructed at some point. Stockholm Central is partially covered by a roof and there seem to be plans to cover everything by a roof and build buildings on top of the station.

In Denmark, Copenhagen Airport, Tårnby and Nørreport are under the ground. The part of Aarhus H which is closest to the station building is under a roof and the Letbane runs through a short tunnel if you travel in that direction.
